Before media deregulation during the 1980's, it was an FCC requirement for radio and television to maintain their licenses by donating air time for community service. While the media is no longer bound by this requirement, media, including the internet, is a powerful tool. It's up to us to use it for good, for constructive purposes. This page is set aside for Community Service in the Hudson Valley Area.
